Dear Friends,
This Sunday, we gather for All Saints Sunday, a time to remember the people we have loved and lost, and to give thanks for the ways their lives continue to shape ours.
Perhaps there's someone you still wish you could call, someone whose laughter you can still hear, or someone whose love helped make you who you are today. Even when those we love are no longer physically with us, their influence lives on in our memories, our relationships, and the love we share with others.
Together, we'll reflect on grief, hope, and the legacy of love we inherit from those who have gone before us. We'll also consider how we can honor their lives by extending compassion, working for justice, and showing up for one another.
If you're missing someone, know that there is room for your grief, your memories, and your hope. We don't have to carry our sorrows alone.
Join us for worship this Sunday: 9:00 a.m. — Peru Community Church
Come as you are, and bring the people you carry in your heart.
Love does not end with death. It continues in the lives we touch, the kindness we share, and the love we pass along.
I hope you'll join us as we remember, give thanks, and celebrate the enduring power of love. |

Winter Offering: Help Keep Our Church Warm
As we head into the winter months, we know that the costs of keeping our church warm and accessible increase. Higher heating fuel prices, electricity prices, along with snow plowing and snow removal, add to our regular expenses.
To help meet these seasonal needs, we will be receiving a special Winter Offering on the third Sunday of each month, November through March.
If you would like to contribute, simply place your gift in one of the special offering envelopes included in the bulletin on those Sundays. |
|
Every gift, no matter the size, helps us care for our church building and keep it warm, safe, and welcoming for everyone who gathers here throughout the winter.
Thank you for your generosity and for helping us care for our church home and the community we serve! |

Church Banner Sponsorship Opportunity
The Altar Team is seeking sponsors to help purchase the new Lent/Easter banners seen below and on the task board in the coffee hour area of the church.
Each banner costs $150 and may be dedicated in honor of or in memory of a loved one. A commem-orative tag is included with each banner, allowing the honored individual's name(s) to be displayed.
These banners are the same high quality as those currently hanging in our sanctuary and will enhance our worship space for years to come.
If you would like to sponsor a banner or have any questions, please contact: Dee Davis – (518) 569-8085 Dianne Miller – (518) 643-2165
